3. How I use your information
I use the information you provide only for the following purposes:

- To submit enrollment applications to insurance carriers on your behalf, with your authorization

4. What I will never do

- My booking software (Setmore) to schedule appointments, if you request one
- Law enforcement or courts, only when compelled by valid legal process
6. How I protect your information
I follow the safeguards required of licensed insurance producers under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA):
- Physical client records are kept in a locked location
- Digital records are stored on password-protected, encrypted devices
- Email containing sensitive information uses secure transmission where available
- Documents are retained only as long as required by law and carrier contracts, then securely destroyed
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the information I have about you
- Correct inaccurate information in your file
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements

8. Data retention
Client records are retained for the period required by Florida insurance law and applicable carrier contracts, which is typically seven (7) years after the termination of any insurance policy placed through me. After this period, records are securely destroyed.

10. Children's privacy
This website and my services are not directed at children under the age of 18. No information is knowingly collected from children.

If this policy changes materially, the "Last Updated" date at the top will change. Active clients will receive notice of material changes directly.
